Important Usage Information:

• NH pay must be used with your own mobile phone (1 device per person).
• For card verification, the mobile phone number must match the one registered with Nonghyup Card.
• The app cannot be used on smartphones with arbitrarily changed structures for security reasons.
• Offline payments require a mobile carrier network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.) for secure transactions.
• Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) is supported on compatible devices.
• Some transactions may be restricted for cards with unregistered passwords to prevent unauthorized use.
• Cash withdrawal (ATM) service is available for one registered card with a limit of 500,000 won per transaction and per day.
• Gift cards do not support offline payment methods.
