How to Use: 🤔
- Tap the Search icon.
- Pick a hair salon near you.
- Tap the Check-In button.
- Enter your name and phone number.
- Tap Check-In again to be added to the waitlist – no login, email, or profile required.
- Let the salon know when you arrive.
Once you're checked in, keep an eye on your estimated wait time countdown. Arrive at the salon when it's nearly your turn to ensure a seamless experience. 💆♀️

- Estimated wait times assume you are getting the next available stylist. Requesting a specific stylist may increase your wait time.
- Online Check-In is available during salon hours, except for the first five minutes after opening to accommodate walk-in customers.
- You can check in online up until 30 minutes before closing time.

Yes, you can use Online Check-In for almost all services, excluding perms and formal updos. Availability of perms may vary by salon, and appointments are typically required for these specialized services. Always call ahead to inquire. 📞
No Mobile Device? No Problem! 💻
You can check in from any device with internet access. Visit greatclips.com, click on Find a Salon or Check-In, and enter your postal code or address. If you don't have internet, walk-ins are always welcome! 🚶♀️🚶♂️

After checking in online, monitor your position on the waitlist. Arrive before you are next in line. Sign up for ReadyNext® text alerts to receive a notification when your wait time reaches 15 minutes. Upon arrival, inform the stylists, and they will confirm your information. ✅
